Catie Ryan


I spent most of my life on the east end of Long Island, where my friends and family live in a small beach community. I found yoga after leaving that community for the first time. I moved to Tampa, Florida in my early twenties and started working a part time job at Bella Prana Yoga and Meditation. Bella Prana is where I fell in love with yoga. Eventually, I completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training with my Bella Prana family. After completing my training, I moved to San Francisco to pursue a law degree. I dropped out of law school to develop my passion for helping people achieve wellness holistically. I am currently a 500 Hour RYT, inspired by Bhakti movement, and aspire to be a physical therapist. My goal is to help you fall in love with yoga and for the practice to positively affect your life both on and off the mat.
