Having taken dance classes since a young age, Kathryn first tried yoga in her college gym looking for a fun way to work out. Very quickly she discovered the physical and mental benefits of yoga and was hooked. She believes that yoga helps everyone find their connectivity to ease, energy and joy. Her classes are known for having humor, awareness and precision. She is grateful to have the gift to share yoga with others. But mostly, she finds it rewarding when she's helped students find their strength and ease in whatever asana they are presently in.
