Mary’s classes are fun and engaging sequences focused on breath and alignment. She hopes to give her students new awareness in postures whether its their first time in that posture or their hundredth. As a teacher Mary finds breath and movement a simplistic yet powerful force and hopes to teach its benefits for the mind and body.
Mary took her first yoga class after her mother convinced her to try when she was young, and has been practicing ever since. In 2013 she trained to become an instructor in Minneapolis Minnesota. She then began to teach for various studios, volunteer opportunities, for fun with family and friends, and eventually she found herself teaching in San Francisco.
