Mohan Gupta


Mohan is inspired by how yoga impacts and improves all aspects of one’s life, and completed his 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Tree to bring the practice to others. After growing up playing competitive sports, yoga presented a different kind of challenge that required not only physical training, but marrying that with mental and spiritual work as well. By constantly expanding his knowledge of anatomy and movement, Mohan focuses on teaching students how their bodies are meant to move and how to do the most with them. His goal is to be a small part of a holistic wellness routine that his students engage in and commit.
