After years of struggling with migraines, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, I turned to yoga and meditation. Through years of practice, I began to cultivate a present awareness of lovingkindness and shatter limiting beliefs I had towards myself. Thus, I started to grow in ways I used to not believe were possible.
My classes combine meditation, flow, core, strength, and stretching leaving you feeling relaxed, energized, and refreshed. My teaching style is inclusive, confident yet calm, and light-hearted. My goal is to provide a space for you to turn inwards to learn how cultivating a clear intention can lead to navigating life with gratitude, integrity, and curiosity.
