Growing up in Denmark, Sarah began her yoga practice in her early teens in 2002. Since then, yoga asana and philosophy have been a key part of her toolbox to center her body and mind when going through life's twists and turns. She teaches alignment-based yoga in San Francisco.
With a lighthearted style, Sarah's classes are designed to increase mobility and strength while exploring the key actions of various yoga poses. Being a curious student herself, Sarah seeks to offer a space for you to expand awareness of your body and mind through dynamic movement and steady holds, as well as pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Modifications are offered throughout the class offering students of all levels a balanced & challenging yoga practice.
