Aedra Ho

I first discovered yoga as a preteen watching and following along my mom's yoga videos. In college I began practicing as a way to manage stress. I fell in love with the practice and got certified to teach in 2013. My classes strike a balance between calming and energizing movements, taught at a pace where you can move from one pose to another with deliberate attention and safe alignment. 

I have my Masters in Occupational Therapy and have trained as a Pelvic Floor Therapist. I love all things movement and when I'm not on the mat I enjoy rock climbing and hiking.
