Caroline Foley

Caroline began her yoga journey in 2008 to recover from a car accident and to find space to process the grief of losing her mother to cancer that same year. Yoga became a powerful tool for healing both her body and heart. As a former cross-country runner, she used yoga as active recovery during marathon training in 2013, deepening her connection to movement and mindfulness. She earned her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification in 2014 and her advanced 500-hour qualification in 2021.

Since 2018, Caroline has integrated sound healing into her offerings, blending it with her passion for yoga, Pilates, and fitness to create a holistic and supportive wellness experience. She loves meeting students where they are and helping them build strength, balance, and confidence while keeping wellness accessible and empowering for everyone.
